This documentation (pdf, tex, html) has been reformatted and modified from the version available on the Primer3 website (http://frodo.wi.mit.edu/primer3/primer3_code.html) by Brant C. Faircloth (brant at uga dot edu). Where needed, I have reformatted or corrected in order to increase readability and usability. Thus, any errors in this text or omissions from the original version of the documentation (in the README and release_notes included with the distribution) are likely mine.

For those interested in the nerdy technical details, this document was re-formated in roughly a day with L^ATEX (http://www.latex-project.org/) on Apple OS X using Richard Koch's TeXShop with pdfeTeX 3.141592-1.20a-2.2. Conversion to html was accomplished using Nikos Drakos' latex2html script for perl (http://www.latex2html.org/). In addition to the html version, the pdf version of this documentation was `built' with internal hyperlinks using the hyperref package (http://www.tug.org/applications/hyperref/).
